BDIX organised in-house skill development training program for its staff

BDIX organised in-house skill development training program for its staff. The purpose of this training program is to give each other an idea of the individual responsibilities that takes part every day and will help everyone to act each other’s back up in case of emergencies.

It also intends to provide basic introduction to essential software that will aid day to day work.

Under this program, all staff took part in training programs on individual function of Network Operations & Accounts by far and learned basics of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and MS Excel with assessments that is held after completion of each training.
